我曾经以为，想清楚以后再开始，会少走很多弯路。

后来我发现恰恰相反。

很多问题只有把东西交到真实的人手里才会出现。在那之前，我们所谓的“思考”，很多时候只是在和自己的假设讨论。

所以我越来越相信：

Ship 不是执行的最后一步。Ship 本身就是思考的一部分

I used to think that starting only after I had figured everything out would save me from taking unnecessary detours.

Later, I discovered the exact opposite.

Many problems appear only after something reaches the hands of real people. Before that, what we call “thinking” is often just a discussion with our own assumptions.

So I increasingly believe:

Shipping is not the final step of execution. Shipping is itself part of thinking.
